MySQL のFederated Table としてZoho CRM のデータを連携利用する

SQL Gateway を使って、MySQL リモーティングサービスを作成し、Zoho CRM のMySQL Federated Table を構築できます。CData ODBC Driver for ZohoCRM のMySQL インターフェースのdeamon になります。サービス起動後、MySQL のFEDERATED ストレージエンジンを使ってサーバーおよびテーブルを作成します。Zoho CRM のデータ をMySQL テーブルのように使いましょう。

Zoho CRM のデータへの接続

If you have not already done so, provide values for the required connection properties in the data source name (DSN). You can use the built-in Microsoft ODBC Data Source Administrator to configure the DSN. This is also the last step of the driver installation. See the "Getting Started" chapter in the help documentation for a guide to using the Microsoft ODBC Data Source Administrator to create and configure a DSN.

Zoho CRM への接続

それでは、Zoho CRM に接続していきましょう。データに接続するには、以下の接続パラメータを設定します。

• Region：Zoho CRM サーバーURL のドメインに関連付けられたリージョン
• Schema：Zoho CRM のバージョン（v2、v2.1、またはv4）。Zoho CRM のバージョンごとに独自のデータモデルがあります

これらのプロパティに加えて、認可時にサンドボックスまたは開発者インスタンスのいずれかを選択した場合は、InstanceType 接続プロパティでも同じ設定を行ってください。

Zoho CRM への認証

Zoho CRM では、データへの認証に2つの方法が用意されています。お使いの環境に応じて適切な方法を選択てください。

デスクトップ経由で自分のローカルデータに認証を行う場合（非ブラウザ接続）：CData 製品が提供する埋め込みOAuth アプリケーションを使用

CData 製品はすでにZoho CRM にOAuth アプリケーションとして登録されています。そのため、デスクトップアプリケーションを介したローカルデータへの接続では、自動的に組み込みアプリケーションが使用されます。 OAuth 交換の繰り返しを避け、ローカルデータにアクセスするたびにOAuthAccessToken を手動で設定する手間を省くには、InitiateOAuth をGETANDREFRESH に設定してください。

ネットワーク経由で共有データに認証を行う場合（ブラウザ接続）：カスタムOAuth アプリケーションを使用

すべてのOAuth フローで、この認証を有効にするにはAuthScheme をOAuth に設定する必要があります。

SQL Gateway の設定

See the SQL Gateway Overview to set up connectivity to Zoho CRM のデータ as a virtual MySQL database. You will configure a MySQL remoting service that listens for MySQL requests from clients. The service can be configured in the SQL Gateway UI.

Zoho CRM データのFEDERATED サーバーおよびテーブルを作成

After you have configured and started the service, create a FEDERATED server to simplify the process of creating FEDERATED tables:

The following statement will create a FEDERATED server based on the ODBC Driver for ZohoCRM. Note that the username and password of the FEDERATED server must match a user account you defined on the Users tab of the SQL Gateway.

FEDERATED テーブルの作成

To create a FEDERATED table using our newly created server, use the CONNECTION keyword and pass the name of the FEDERATED server and the remote table (Accounts). Refer to the following template for the statement to create a FEDERATED table:

NOTE: The table schema for the FEDERATED table must match the remote table schema exactly. You can always connect directly to the MySQL remoting service using any MySQL client and run a SHOW CREATE TABLE query to get the table schema.

クエリの実行

You can now execute queries to the Zoho CRM FEDERATED tables from any tool that can connect to MySQL, which is particularly useful if you need to JOIN data from a local table with data from Zoho CRM. Refer to the following example:
