MySQL のFederated Table としてAzure Data Lake Storage のデータを連携利用する

SQL Gateway を使って、MySQL リモーティングサービスを作成し、Azure Data Lake Storage のMySQL Federated Table を構築できます。CData ODBC Driver for ADLS のMySQL インターフェースのdeamon になります。サービス起動後、MySQL のFEDERATED ストレージエンジンを使ってサーバーおよびテーブルを作成します。Azure Data Lake Storage のデータ をMySQL テーブルのように使いましょう。

Azure Data Lake Storage のデータへの接続

If you have not already done so, provide values for the required connection properties in the data source name (DSN). You can use the built-in Microsoft ODBC Data Source Administrator to configure the DSN. This is also the last step of the driver installation. See the "Getting Started" chapter in the help documentation for a guide to using the Microsoft ODBC Data Source Administrator to create and configure a DSN.

Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 への接続

それでは、Gen2 Data Lake Storage アカウントに接続していきましょう。接続するには、以下のプロパティを設定します。

• Account：ストレージアカウントの名前
• FileSystem：このアカウントに使用されるファイルシステム名。例えば、Azure Blob コンテナの名前
• Directory（オプション）：レプリケートされたファイルが保存される場所へのパス。パスが指定されない場合、ファイルはルートディレクトリに保存されます

Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2への認証

続いて、認証方法を設定しましょう。CData 製品では、5つの認証方法をサポートしています：アクセスキー（AccessKey）の使用、共有アクセス署名（SAS）の使用、Azure Active Directory OAuth（AzureAD）経由、Azure サービスプリンシパル（AzureServicePrincipal またはAzureServicePrincipalCert）経由、およびManaged Service Identity（AzureMSI）経由です。

アクセスキー

アクセスキーを使用して接続するには、まずADLS Gen2ストレージアカウントで利用可能なアクセスキーを取得する必要があります。

Azure ポータルでの手順は以下のとおりです：

1. ADLS Gen2ストレージアカウントにアクセスします
2. 設定でアクセスキーを選択します
3. 利用可能なアクセスキーの1つの値をAccessKey 接続プロパティにコピーします

接続の準備ができたら、以下のプロパティを設定してください。

• AuthScheme：AccessKey
• AccessKey：先ほどAzure ポータルで取得したアクセスキーの値

共有アクセス署名（SAS）

共有アクセス署名を使用して接続するには、まずAzure Storage Explorer ツールを使用して署名を生成する必要があります。

接続の準備ができたら、以下のプロパティを設定してください。

• AuthScheme：SAS
• SharedAccessSignature：先ほど生成した共有アクセス署名の値

SQL Gateway の設定

See the SQL Gateway Overview to set up connectivity to Azure Data Lake Storage のデータ as a virtual MySQL database. You will configure a MySQL remoting service that listens for MySQL requests from clients. The service can be configured in the SQL Gateway UI.

After you have configured and started the service, create a FEDERATED server to simplify the process of creating FEDERATED tables:

The following statement will create a FEDERATED server based on the ODBC Driver for ADLS. Note that the username and password of the FEDERATED server must match a user account you defined on the Users tab of the SQL Gateway.

FEDERATED テーブルの作成

To create a FEDERATED table using our newly created server, use the CONNECTION keyword and pass the name of the FEDERATED server and the remote table (Resources). Refer to the following template for the statement to create a FEDERATED table:

  permission  TYPE(LEN),
  ...,

NOTE: The table schema for the FEDERATED table must match the remote table schema exactly. You can always connect directly to the MySQL remoting service using any MySQL client and run a SHOW CREATE TABLE query to get the table schema.

クエリの実行

You can now execute queries to the Azure Data Lake Storage FEDERATED tables from any tool that can connect to MySQL, which is particularly useful if you need to JOIN data from a local table with data from Azure Data Lake Storage. Refer to the following example:
